PGT-A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy) allows us to test embryos for chromosomal abnormalities before transfer. Transferring a euploid (chromosomally normal) embryo significantly reduces the risk of miscarriage and increases the probability of a successful pregnancy.

Dr. Glujovsky’s expertise in evidence-based medicine makes him uniquely qualified to guide patients on when PGT-A is — and isn’t — indicated. Not every patient benefits equally from genetic testing, and he will give you an honest assessment based on your specific situation.

Who benefits most from PGT-A?

  • ✓  Women over 37 (higher rate of chromosomal errors in eggs)
  • ✓  Patients with recurrent miscarriage
  • ✓  Patients with repeated IVF implantation failure
  • ✓  Patients who want to reduce the number of transfer cycles
